Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A specialist of London Stock Exchange Group, Andrew Economides has been appointed the head of market development of the Mongolian Stock Exchange (MSE). The London Stock Exchange took over management of the MSE with the signing of the Master Service Agreement in 2011. In its frames, experts from Millennium IT Software Limited, a subsidiary of London Stock Exchange group, installed at the MES the Millennium IT integrated trading platform, which consists of Millennium Exchange, Millennium CSD, Millennium Surveillance and Millennium Depositary systems. The Millennium IT trading platform is cutting edge software, combined with high performance connectivity, and provides the global trading community with innovative tools and access to liquidity in Mongolian capital market. The new official of the MSE underlines that he will work to enhance trading liquidity on the market by working closely with both local and international brokers, to establish a safe and efficient post trade environment, and to introduce custodian services in the market.
