Qatar to Participate in Meeting of Arab Youth Ministers in Lebanon

Doha, February 25 (QNA) - Qatar will participate in the meeting of Arab Ministers of Youth and Sports due to be held in Lebanon in April to discuss youth issues on the Arab level. During the period from February 20 to 24, Doha hosted a preparatory meeting for the ministerial meeting which included meeting of the youth technical committee under Dr. Sami Al Majali Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth in the Kingdom of Jordan and Chairman of the Youth Committee . Director of activities and events department at the Youth Ministry of Culture, Arts and Heritage Abdurrahman bin Mohamed Al-Hajiri, who is also member of the Arab Committee, said that this meeting is the second annual meeting to precede the Arab Youth and Sports Ministers' meeting pointing out that the meeting discussed a number of topics of interest to Arab youth in addition to the proposed plans of action on Arab joint activities.(QNA)
