Deputy FM: Iran to present its proposal on Caucasus soon
Tehran, Oct 30, IRNA - Deputy Foreign Minister Hossein Shekholislam said Iran's proposal for solving Caucasus problem is ready and it will be presented soon after including views of the others countries.
Sheikholislam, on the sidelines of the 16th International Conference
of Central Asia and Caucasus here Wednesday, told reporters "After
foreign minister's visit to the Caucasus region, the countries of the
region agreed that Iran prepare a plan for solving Caucasus crisis and
present it."
He added, "We are now finalizing the content of the proposal with
adding some details."
"We have already received countries experts' views on the roots of of
the crisis and after finalizing the proposal we will give it to
Russia, Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan Republic," Sheikholislam said.
