MINISTER FREDDY NUMBERI CALL TO GO BACK TO NATURE
Makasar, Oct 29 (ANTARA) - Maritime affairs and fishery Minister Freddy Numberi urged to go back to nature in his speech at the Indonesian Seaweed Forum, here, Tuesday.
He said back to nature would be useful, such as overcoming food scarcity.
"I used to have a sago, but I can also be a minister," Freddy said.
He said, something was wrong with the previous policy, which had turned Indonesian into a rice consumer
"It is now time to go back to nature, and let people eat natural food," he said. Because the locals could consume many varieties of natural food.
Therefore, many different food crops will be raised, like sago and seaweed, he said.
