Qatar Stars League to Resume Sunday with Three Matches

Doha, February 09 (QNA) - The Qatar Stars League will resume tomorrow Sunday after an international break where the Qatari national team defeated Malaysia 2-0, in the opening round of the 2015 AFC Asia Cup Qualifiers. Three games will take place tomorrow Sunday in the 15th week of the league. First, Al Arabi and Qatar will meet in Suheim bin Hamad Stadium. Qatar are with 17 points in sixth place, while Al Arabi is at the bottom of the table with 12 points. Umm Salal and Kharaitiyat will also meet tomorrow. Umm Salal is equal on points with Qatar with 17 points, but is one place behind in seventh. Al Kharaitiyat are level on points with Al Arabi with 12 points, in 10th place. The final match of the day between Al Wakra and Lekhwiya on Soud bin Abdul Rahman stadium. Al Wakra sit in 8th place with 19 points. Lekhwiya on the other hand are challenging for the title, they are in second place with 24 points. (QNA)
