ACTIVITIES OF ERDENES TT TO INTENSIFY

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The cabinet decided to intensify activities of the “Erdenes Tavan Tolgoi” JSC on Thursday. Order were given to N.Batbayar, the Minister for Economic Development, and A.Gansukh, the Minister for Road and Transportation, to arrange mesures to reduce a tax imposing on a Tavan tolgoi-Gashuunsukhait paved road. The Minister for Justice was told to inspect whether a coal purchasing agreement, made between the “Erdenes Tavan tolgoi” JSC and “Chalco Trading Hong Kong” Co.Ltd are accorded with legislature, to have juridical organizations check the conflicts dected, to organize an inspection into a purchase of non-standard heavy tracks and wires for the “Erdenes Tavan tolgoi” and to make the damage covered.
