Yemeni-Hungarian cooperation treaty agreed upon

SANA'A, Oct. 28 (Saba)-The cabinet agreed in its Tuesday meeting
presided over by Prime Minister Ali Mujawar on cooperation treaty
between Yemen and Hungary in field of higher education and
scientific research for 2009-2011.

The treaty aims at developing mutual cooperation between the two
countries in agricultural field and conducting scientific researches
and studies and making use of them.

The cabinet also discussed memo raised by transport minister over
Yemen's joining to the protocol of deterring and facing pollution
resulted by dangerous and poisonous substances and gave directives
for following up completing constitutional measures for joining to
the protocol.


The protocol aims at raising international cooperation and
enhancing national, regional and international powers needed for
facing oil pollution could befall seas, taking into consideration
special needs of underdeveloped countries.
