Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Freestyle Wrestling Federation of Mongolia (FWFM) has selected wrestlers to compete in the Golden Grand Prix tournament named after Ivan Yarygin, twice Olympic champion and World champion.
The 26th tournament will take place on January 25-27 in Krasnoyarsk, Russia under a motto “Motherland of Heroes”. Co-organized by the Russian Wrestling Federation (RWF) and the Administration of Krasnoyarsk oblast, the forthcoming tournament will attract 78 wrestlers from Russia, and wrestlers from USA, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Moldavia, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine and Japan, from African countries.
The national team of Mongolia is coached by B.Bayaraa, D.Batnyam and Z.Duvchin. An Olympic class judge B.Tomorbaatar and international judge will work in the judges' panel.

The president of the Shooting Sports Federation of Mongolia (SSFM) and vice president of the Asian Shooting Confederation (ASC) Mr E.Monkh-Ochir took part in the 19th ASC Executive Committee Meeting held on 18th Jan, 2013 in Kuwait.
The ASC president Sheikh Salman Al-Sabah chaired the meeting, and discussed reports on works of the federation and sub-commissions done last year. In addition, participants considered success of shooters of Asian countries in the London 2012 Olympic Games and activities of the Shooting Academies of China and Iran, trainings and seminars organized by the ASC, and further goals.
The SSFM president Mr Monkh-Ochir has held a meeting with the ASC president. He submitted to Sheikh Salman Al-Sabah a design of a new shooting sports center to be erected near Ulaanbaatar city with aid from the Kuwait's government.
The ASC president promised to make all his efforts to construct the shooting sports center in Mongolia.
