Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The 2013 national championship for freestyle wrestling took place January 11-12 in the “Buyant Ukhaa” sports complex, Ulaanbaatar. This year's events brought together some 300 male and female wrestlers, who competed in 14 weight categories. As the team results, the “Khargant tsamkhag” club coached by J.Dandar took the 1st place in the men's tournament; the “Aldar” sports club coached by Ts.Khosbayar won the women's tournament. E.Enkhbat won a gold medal in the men's 55 kg, B.Bayanmonkh--in 60 kg, G.Mandakhnaran--66 kg, B.Ankhbayar--74 kg, O.Uitumen--84 kg, A.Batmonkh--96 kg, J.Chuluunbaatar--120 kg, Ts.Enkhjargal--women's 48 kg, E.Davaachimeg--51 kg, S.Byambatseren--55 kg, S.Tserenchimed--59 kg, S.Battsetseg--63 kg, O.Nasanburmaa--67 kg and B.Odonchimeg--72 kg. ** ** ** A coach of the Ulaanbaatar FC B.Amartuvshin has been awarded the certificate of a training organized last year by the German Football Association (GFA). An officer in charge of cultural and economic affairs of Germany's Embassy Mr Sammy Duesdieker granted Monday the certificate to Amartuvshin in the Mongolian Football Association (MonFA) headquarters. Then he said the German side will involve Mongolian football coaches in international training. The (MonFA) has been fruitfully cooperating with the both Germany's Embassy in Mongolia and the GFA, and assistance has been rendered for improving skills and knowledge of Mongolian coaches.
