SPEAKER RECEIVES CHIMED, A KEY AUTHOR OF NEW CONSTITUTION

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Parliament Speaker Z.Enkhbold received on Sunday B.Chimed, a Hero of Labour, State Honored Lawyer and a senior author of the Constitution of Mongolia, on occasion of the 21st anniversary of the Constitution. The Speaker said the state of Mongolia highly speaks significant deeds of Mr Chimed such as drawing up, approving of and realizing the new Constitution, ensuring of freedom and rights of people, strengthening of common principles of justice. "Matters on altering our democratic Constitution is always discussed, but this has been regulated few times by amendments of other laws. It has been proved that the Constitution still has own assurance and that is plays a role of the Supreme law," he emphasized and wished Mr Chimed all the best and health. Present at the meeting was R.Gonchigdorj MP who worked as a head of the State Conference at which the new Constitution had been adopted. B.Khuder
