Qatari, Egyptian Basketball Federations Sign MoU

Doha, January 13 (QNA) - Qatar Basketball Federation (QBF) has signed a sporting memorandum of understanding with Egyptian counterpart. The signing ceremony was attended by HE the Secretary General of Qatar Olympic Committee and President of QBF Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman Al Thani and the President of Egyptian Basketball Federation Dr Magdy Abo Frekha, among others. HE Sheikh Saoud Bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, while welcoming Dr Magdy Abo Frekha and members of the Egyptian delegation, lauded the signing of the MoU between the Qatari and Egyptian federations. He said that the agreement primarily intended to increase cooperation and exchange of experiences in both training and arbitration, pointing out that the QBF has already began cooperation with the Egyptian Federation in many technical things, in addition to exchange and consultation between the two clubs.
