The Culture Ministry Prepares for Sports Day

Doha, January 13 (QNA) - The Ministry of Culture, Arts and Heritage is now preparing to celebrate the Sports Day which falls on Tuesday of the second week of February each year. In this regard, HE the Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage Hamad bin Abdul-Aziz Al-Kuwari issued a decision to set up a committee, to oversee preparing for and celebrating the Sports Day, chaired by the Director of Youth Centres Department, Abdulrazaq bin Abdullah Al-Kuwari. Abdul-Razaq Al-Kuwari said in a statement today that the committee has discussed the proposed programme and budget, and prepared a comprehensive plan for the Day. (QNA)
