Asiacell Announces Share Offer Opens for Subscription

Doha, January 03 (QNA) - Qatar Telecom "Qtel" Q.S.C. subsidiary Asiacell, today announced that its share offer is now open for subscription. The Offer of 25% of Asiacell's total share capital is open from today until 2 February 2013 to all investors, individuals and institutions with a trading account in Iraq, Qtel said in a in a statement today. Asiacell will begin trading on the Iraq Stock Exchange, expected to be on 3 February 2013, under the ticker 'TASC'. There is no minimum number of shares that investors can subscribe to with the Offer expected to be the biggest in Iraq's history. (QNA)
