Penal court tries 16 persons on drugs trafficking, money laundering
SANA'A, Oct. 26 (Saba) - The specialized primary penal court started
on Sunday trying a new group of sixteen persons, including 2
Kuwaitis, accused of bringing and trafficking drugs and money
laundering.
In the hearing, chaired by Judge Muhsin Alwan, the prosecution
showed in its indictment that the court should offer the technical
reports and the penal evidences.
The court decided to discuss the evidence brought by prosecution in
next hearing which will be held next Tuesday.
