Secretary General of OIC calls international community to help Yemen

SANA'A, Oct. 25 (Saba)- Secretary General of Secretary General of
the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC), Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu
called upon international community to help Yemen's efforts for
assisting floods affected people.

In a press release issued by OIC, Ihsanoglu expressed his truthful
sympathies with the Yemen Republic over floods caused dangerous
humanitarian catastrophe in Hadramout and Mahara governorates.

He also expressed sorrows over greats human and material losses
affected infrastructure, roads, electricity and waters.

The Secretary General of OIC expressed the complete solidarity of
the organization with Yemeni people in this difficult condition,
calling all member countries, donors, charity doers and humanitarian
and financial institutions to provide all kinds of support to Yemen
for easing miseries of affected people.
