Baku, 25 0ctober ,(AzerTAj) - Azerbaijan has achieved a 100% solution to the energy security problem, President Ilham Aliyev said during his inaugural speech, on October 24.
“Our energy policy gave us economic independence. Production of oil and gas in
Azerbaijan has substantially increased in the past five years. In 2008 the amount of
gas production will exceed 20 billion cubic meters, while oil production 50 million
tons.
