OBSERVERS FROM RUSSIA`S CHELYABINSK OBLAST MAKE STATEMENT ON MONITORING OF
Baku, 25 0ctober ,(AzerTAj)Observation mission from Russia`s Chelyabinsk oblast has
made a statement on monitoring of the presidential election in Azerbaijan.
The statement says presidential election in Azerbaijan was conducted in line with
the country`s electoral laws and international standards. According to the
statement, observers from CIS and CIS PA considered the October 15 presidential
elections as legitimate and transparent.
The statement also says the observers were provided with favorable conditions to
perform their tasks in Shamaki and Ismayilli regions in Azerbaijan.
