7 / the efforts exerted by the Government of Iraq and the Governments
of its neighboring countries to take all necessary measures to
prevent terrorists from using their territories as bases for
launching or recruiting, training, planning, funding and others and
the need to take into account the importance of bilateral cooperation
and collective action to give effect to this issue, as well as the
exchange of information on the issues of terrorism and terrorists as
well as infiltration, smuggling and piracy at sea to ensure there
were no threats.
8 / the importance of taking the necessary measures to
control border points to combat various forms of terrorism,
infiltration and smuggling to and from Iraq.
9 / support the Iraqi government's efforts to recover the
stolen properties .
10 / the need that States who have not yet completed the
legal and constitutional procedures to ratify the security
cooperation protocol which was signed in Jeddah in September 2006,
should take the necessary measures to expedite their ratification.
