The statement said the ministers expressed:
* appraisal for the positive atmosphere and spirit of fraternity
and cooperation that prevailed the meeting.


2 / condemnation of all terrorist acts targeting the security
of Iraq and neighboring countries.
3 / the need to follow up the implementation of what has been
agreed upon in previous ministerial meetings, held in Istanbul,
Tehran / Jeddah and Kuwait consecutively.
4 / the importance of preserving the territorial integrity of
Iraq, its full sovereignty and Arab and Islamic identity.
5 / support for the Iraqi government's efforts to achieve
security and stability in the country to enable it to return actively
to restore its important role at Arab, regional and international
arenas and appraisal for Iraq's security forces in their effort to
counter terrorist groups and armed militias.
6 / the need to address the activities of terrorist groups
that threaten the security and integrity of Iraq and neighboring
countries and to strengthen bilateral cooperation and team work
between the neighboring countries and Iraq in this field.
