AZERBAIJAN`S 2009 STATE BUDGET REVENUES TO INCREASE 16 PERCENT
Baku, 22 0ctober ,(AzerTAj) - Azerbaijan`s 2009 state budget revenues will increase by 16 percent, while expenditures 12 percent in comparison with 2008, according to Milli Majlis permanent commission on economic policy.
Defense expenditures rose by 20 percent to reach AZN 1, 2 billion.
The 2009 budget expenditures in education sector is estimated at AZN 1, 4 billion,
while health AZN 508 million, social protection AZN 1,1 billion and culture AZN 172
million.
