DAYS OF BELARUS CULTURE LAUNCHED IN AZERBAIJAN
Baku, 22 0ctober ,(AzerTAj) - Azerbaijan`s Minister of Culture and Tourism Abulfaz Garayev today has met with the participants of the festivities to mark the Days of Belarus Culture, which is taking place in capital Baku.
Minister told of achievements in the country`s fields of culture and art. He
underlined that after reciprocal visits of the two countries` Presidents, the
relations between Azerbaijan and Belarus expanded in all areas, including culture
ones. Last year, Days of Azerbaijan Culture took place in Belarus. Such events have
an important significance for both countries, Abulfaz Garayev said.
Belarus`s Deputy Minister of Culture Vladimir Gridyushko emphasized that Belarus
delegation is consisted of 80 workers of art. Bakuvites could familiarize themselves
with the works of Belarus artists, the movies and the folk art.
Meeting was followed by a press conference.
