Russia, Azerbaijan discuss cooperation within CIS

Azerbaijan, Baku, Oct. 24 / Trend corr. E.Tariverdiyeva / A meeting between Russian State Secretary, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Grigory Karasin and the Ambassador of Azerbaijan Polad Bulbuloglu took place in Moscow on 23 October, the ministry reported.
