Yemen discusses means of combating poverty
SANA'A, Oct. 21 (Saba)- Chairman of Shoura Council Abdul-Aziz
Abdul-Ghani discussed on Tuesday with Head of Yemeni Coalition for
Combating Poverty Fawzia al-Iryani efforts of the coalition and its
achievements in combating poverty.
Al-Iryani, who showed Abdul-Ghani achievements in reproductive
health and studies and researches in this field, noted that the
collation is part of the International Coalition Against Poverty
that includes 4307 million members from 127 countries.
Abdul-Ghani highlighted efforts of the coalition exerted in fighting
poverty, calling for correcting concepts concerning increasing birth
increase and need of family planning for decreasing population rates.
