US doctors provide free medical check-ups for poor people
Thua Thien-Hue (VNA) - A group of doctors from the US 's Female Health
Foundation (FHF) provided free medical check-ups for the poor in central
Thua Thien-Hue province between Oct. 18-19.
Close to 700 poor people in Huong An commune, Huong Tra district, who
suffered from digestive disorder, gynaecological and skin diseases were
examined and provided with free medicine and advice on health care.
In the coming time, the voluntary US doctors will continue giving free
check-ups and treatment to poor people in other remote communes of the
