Prince Mishaal bin Abdulaziz attends agreement signing

Riyadh, October 19, SPA -- Prince Mishaal bin Abdulaziz, Chairman of
Allegiance-Pledge Commission, attended here today the signing of the
agreement to establish "the New A'irqah", a real state development
project in Riyadh, with estimated investments of about SR7.5 billion
between Alshoa'lah Holding Company and the Kuwaiti Beit Almal Company
and the project developer Awan Company for Real Estate Investment and
Development.

Prince Abdulaziz bin Mishaal Prince Mishaal, the Executive President
of Alshoa'lah Holding Company, made a statement highlighting efforts
by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz to
support the interests and welfare of the citizens.

Prince Mishaal bin Abdulaziz also made a statement in which he
underlined the role of the wise leadership of Custodian of the Two
Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz in serving the homeland,
citizens, Arab nation and Islamic nation.

Prince Mishaal bin Abdulaziz said, "The Custodian of the Two Holy
Mosques devoted himself to God, then to his homeland and citizens and
then to the Islamic nations and the world also. This is what we see
every day.The king also played a great role in unifying the Arabs.
So, we thank him very much." Prince Mishaal bin Abdulaziz said that
the king always urges us all to serve the homeland and the citizens.

Prince Mishaal bin Abdulaziz also highlighted the economic progress
in the kingdom including the real estate sector.
