TRACECA TRANSPORTATION CORRIDOR BRINGS IN OVER AZN 174 MLN
Baku, 19 0ctober ,(AzerTAj)According to the State Stats Committee, Azerbaijan has earned 174.9 million manats from transportation via the Europe-Caucasus-Asia (TRACECA) transport corridor for the nine months of this year.
Cargo and passenger traffic in the Azerbaijani section reached 31.9 million tons and 125.9 million people. Railway transportation constituted 55.3% of overall traffic, motor transportation 30.9%, sea transportation 13.8%.
Transportation brought in 174.9 million manats, up by 13.5% on the same period last year. Railway transport saw an increase of 13.7%, sea transport 12.5% and motor transport 13.8%.
