Yemen takes part in conference on organized crime in Austria
SANA'A, Oct 18 (Saba) - The fourth round of the conference of member states which signed an agreement for fighting organized transborder crime and that was held with the participation of Yemen has concluded in Austria's capital, Vienna.
Head of the Yemeni delegation to the meeting, deputy Interior minister Hussein
al-Zawari said the round came up with results that show the interest of the
international community to work together to tackle such kind of crime in an effort
to boost security and development.
He said that during the sessions several work papers were discussed and the
participants exchanged viewpoints linked to the agreement and ways to implement it.
Time for the next meeting has been set.
