Gold exports from Turkey to Iran increase

Azerbaijan, Baku, Aug. 29 / Trend A. Taghiyeva / Gold exports from Turkey to Iran in the second quarter of 2012 totaled $4.8 billion compared to $1 billion in the first quarter, the Turkish Statistics Institute said today. Of the total export volume of metal in the second quarter, gold bullion accounted for $3.2 billion. The trade turnover between the countries is growing rapidly due to the export of gold.
