Baku, 18 0ctober ,(AzerTAj)The CEC has received final protocols from constituency
election commissions at 24:00, October 17.
All 125 constituency election commissions have already submitted protocols. CEC will
send the results of voting to the Constitutional Court after processing all
protocols. After the Constitutional Court announces final results, the newly elected
president will be sworn in within three days.
