SOLANA PRAISES AZERI PRESIDENTIAL POLL

Baku, 17 0ctober ,(AzerTAj)European Union's High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy Javier Solana has praised Azerbaijan`s presidential elections saying no irregularities were recorded during the voting process.

Solana said fair conditions were created for all seven candidates.
He also stressed the European Union is interested in developing cooperation with
Azerbaijan as part of the European Neighborhood Policy.
