HH the Emir Meets Abu Dhabi Crown Prince

Doha, August 08 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani met this evening at al Wajba Palace with Abu Dhabi's Crown Prince and Deputy Commander of the UAE Armed Forces General Sheikh Mohammad bin Zayed Al Nahyan and his accompanying delegation. The meeting was attended by HH Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Personal Representative of HH the Emir. Attending the meeting also were HE the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor Al Thani and a number of their Excellencies ministers. At the beginning of the meeting, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan conveyed greetings of the UAE President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed al Nahyan to HH the Emir and his wishes for ties between the two countries more development. For his part, HH the Emir asked the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi to convey his greetings to the UAE President and his wishes for the UAE people further progress and prosperity under his wise leadership. The two sides reviewed bilateral ties and means of further developing them and discussed a number of issues of common interest. HH the Emir hosted an iftar banquet in honour of Sheikh Mohammad bin Zayed Al Nahyan and his accompanying delegation.
