Yemen-Russia discuss parliamentarian relations
SANA'A, Oct. 16 (Saba)- Parliament Vice Speaker Mohammad al-Shadadi
discussed on Thursday with Russian delegation headed by chairman of
the Russian Upper House Seregi Mironov parliamentarian relations
between the two countries.
During the meeting, al-Shadadi highlighted Russian supportive
attitudes to Yemeni people, the national unity and political system
and praising also Russian attitudes supporting Arab and Islamic
issues toped by Palestinian issue.
He indicated Russia's strong role it has restored in the political
relations as active role in the international arena that would work
on keeping political balances.
For his part, Mironov expressed his and of the accompanying
delegation pleasure for visiting Yemen, expressing desire for
renewing this visit for getting more information on latest
developments in Yemen.
The delegation congratulated Yemeni people and his political
leadership on celebrating Yemeni revolutions 26th of September 1962
and the 14th of October 1963.
