Yemen, Nuffic discuss cooperation

ADEN, Oct. 15 (Saba)- Aden University Rector Abdul-Aziz Saleh Bin
Habtoor held talks with Director of (Nuffic) Netherlands Programme
for the International Strengthening of Post Secondary Education and
Training Capacity over means of boosting cooperation ties between
the two sides which comes in the framework of Nuffic support for the
Yemeni universities.

During the meeting Habtoor pointed out the interest and care women
get in Yemen and their role in the political position and social
activities, confirming that Aden University is continuing its
support for the program and activities which contribute to
strengthen women's participation in the society and to improve their
ability and skill.

On her side, Director of Nuffic reviewed Nuffic's activities in
Yemen and work process of women Center for Studies and Research
project linked to Aden University to advance girl's education and
rise their educational.

She confirmed Netherlands government interest to continue supporting
and financing projects in Yemen, indicating that Netherlands
Development Minister would visit Yemen during current October 27-28
to hold talks over expanding cooperation fields between the two
countries
