Sacombank named Vietnam best bank in 2008
HCM City (VNA) - The Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial joint-stock Bank (Sacombank) has been named Vietnam Best Bank in 2008 by the US leading magazine Global Finance.
The selection criteria for the award include stable growth, brand value,
strategic vision, risk management, stable earnings, ability penetration and
human resource development in 2007 and the first half of 2008.
Early this year, Global Finance named Sacombank as the "Best Foreign
Exchange Bank" in Vietnam in 2007.
The bank was also selected "Best Bank in Vietnam " in 2007 and 2008 by
other organisations such as Euromoney and Finance Asia.-Enditem
