Baku, 15 0ctober, (AzerTAj)The “Sechkiler” information center under Azerbaijan`s Central Election Commission said 64.96 percent of voters - 3,161,459 people- had cast their votes across the country as of 17 p.m. The highest turnout - 80.45 percent - has been recorded at the second Azizbayov constituency number 14.
