Qatar Qualify to Semifinal of Asian Junior Handball Championship

Doha, July 10 (QNA) - The Qatar's Junior Handball Team booked their place in the last four stage of the 2012 Asian Men's Junior Handball Championship after defeating Iran 32-30 on Monday. Monday's victory braced hosts, Qatar juniors handball squad to take the lead of group A. According to the event's semifinals schedule, Qatar will lock horns against Saudi Arabia and South Korea will shake hands against Kuwait on Wednesday. The Championship is being hosted by the Qatar Handball Association until 13 July with the participation of 14 teams. The event is a qualifying tournament to the Men's Junior World Championship 2013.
