Doha, July 08 (QNA) - HE the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor Al Thani has sent a cable of condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin on deaths inflicted by floods that swept southern Russia. (QNA)
