Qatar Deputy Emir Meets Outgoing Indian Ambassador

Doha, June 26 (QNA) - HH the Deputy Emir and Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani met at his Emiri Diwan office on Tuesday with HE Indian Ambassador to Qatar Deepa Gopalan Wadhwa on the occasion of the expiry of her tour of duty in the country. HH the Deputy Emir praised the efforts made by the Indian Ambassador in further bolstering the bilateral relations, wishing her success in her future assignments and the relations between Qatar and India more progress and prosperity. For her part, the Indian Ambassador expressed thanks and gratitude to HH the Deputy Emir and Heir Apparent and the officials in the State for the cooperation accorded to her during her tour of duty.
