Prince Salman receives Austrian Sport Secretary

Riyadh, October 14, SPA -- Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, Governor of
Riyadh Region received here today Reinhold Lopatka, Austrian State
Secretary for Sport and his accompanying delegation in the presence
of Prince Sultan bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, President of the General
Presidency of Youth Welfare.


During the meeting, the Austrian official expressed his happiness to
visit the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, commending the progress and
prosperity in the areas of development, culture and economy
particularly in the arena of youth and sports modern facilities'
programs.


He affirmed the Austrian government's attention to the development
of bilateral relations with Saudi Arabia in various fields,
especially in the field of sports and youth cooperation under the
bilateral Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the
Kingdom and Austria.


The meeting was attended by Austrian Ambassador to the Kingdom
Friedrich Stift.
