Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques inaugurates projects

Madinah, October 13, SPA--The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King
Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud inaugurated here today the projects of
electricity grid linking a number of the Kingdom's regions and he was
briefed on the third phase of desalination plant project
Yanbu-Madinah.

Upon arrival at the venue, the King was received by Prince Abdulaziz
bin Majed bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Madinah region and a number
of officials.

Then the King watched maps and replicas of the electricity grid
projects and he was briefed on them by Minister of Water and
Electricity Eng. Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al-Hussein and Executive
President of Electricity Company Ali Al-Barrak.

Following that, the King watched replicas of desalination plant and
pipelines in Madinah region and he was briefed on them by Minister
of Water and Electricity and Governor of General Organization of
Water Fuhaid al-Sharif.
They all listened to the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy
Mosques.
