Yemen, Egypt assert combating Red Sea piracy via Arab efforts
SANA'A, Oct. 12 (Saba) - Yemen and Egypt affirmed Sunday the importance of combating
piracy in Red Sea through Arab and regional effectual efforts.
Minister of Transport Khalid al-Wazir held talks with Egyptian ambassador to Sana'a
Mohammed Mursi discussed aspects of cooperation in fields of air, sea and land
transport.
They talked about improving cooperation aspects between the two countries according
to the bilateral protocols and agreements in air and sea navigation.
During the meeting, both sides reviewed what has been adopted to raise the level of
aviation services and air movements between both countries in addition to discussing
possibility to encourage investments in field of land transport.
