TWO MORE AZERI FIGHTERS IN JUDO WORLD CUP FINAL
Baku, 11 0ctober, (AzerTAj)Two more Azerbaijani judo fighters have made it to the
final of the world cup tournament following Samir Dadashzade who had progressed to
the gold-medal bout in the 60 kg weight category earlier in the day.
Samir Ismayilov will try to grab Azerbaijan`s gold in the 73 kg division, while in
the women`s 48 kg class, Azerbaijan`s hopes will be pinned on Svetlana Mammadova.
Both Azeri fighters will face Ukrainian nationals in their last bouts.
In the 66kg class, Emil Hasanov and Tarlan Karimov have progressed to the
bronze-medal bout.
In the women`s 63 kg division, Gozal Zutova and Naila Yusubova will clash in the
bronze-medal bout, while Elmira Mustafayeva will lock horns with Ukrainian Natalia
Malikova for another bronze.
