KUCHING (Malaysia), Oct 11 (Bernama) - Kuching City North Commission (DBKU) created history when it bagged the coveted Asean Environmentally Sustainable Cities Award 2008.
Its public relations officer, Norhayati Bidin, said Vietnam's Natural

In a statement Friday, she said the presentation was in conjunction with
the

Norhayati said the award was presented to the top 10 Asean cities to honour

sustained by implementing environmental conservation efforts.
She said that in June, DBKU won the National Sustainable City Award (Bandar
