Project to help the poor in Ben Tre launched
Ben Tre (VNA) - A 24 million USD project to help improve investment
environment, develop services and trade, and expand market in favour of local poor farmers was recently launched in southern Ben Tre province.
The project, named "Business development for rural poor people", will be
implemented until 2014 with assistance from the International Fund for
Agricultural Development (IFAD).
Ben Tre and northern Cao Bang are the two provinces that have been chosen
for the implementation of Vietnam 's farmers-agriculture-rural
