Tender announced to format Azerbaijani population state register

Azerbaijan, Baku, April 26 / Trend E. Ismayilov / A tender has been announced to transform 240,000 scanned civil acts into e-form, the newspaper Azerbaijan said. The tender was announced as part of a joint project between UNDP and the Azerbaijani Justice Ministry called 'Formation and Development of the State Register of Population of the Azerbaijan Republic'.
