FM: Turkey has good relations with all neighbors except three countries

He highlighted the development of relations with Azerbaijan, Georgia, Russia and Ukraine. Turkey has bad relations with neighboring countries such as Armenia, Israel and Syria, whose policies, he said, are characterized as a crime both against their own and other nations.
