Azerbaijan`s first lady receives diploma of Honorary Professor of I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University

Azerbaijan, Baku, April 14 / Trend / First lady of Azerbaijan, goodwill ambassador of UNESCO and ISESCO, president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva has received a badge and the diploma of the Honorary Professor of the I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University, AzerTAj State news agency reported.. The award-giving ceremony was held at the university`s Museum of Medical History. The Azerbaijani first lady, a graduate of the I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University, received the diploma from rector Petr Glybochko. Mehriban Aliyeva thanked the higher educational institution`s leadership for the diploma. She highlighted the activity of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, saying it implements a variety of projects in the social, humanitarian, educational and healthcare sectors. The Azerbaijani first lady said that earlier in the day she received "Stars of the Commonwealth" Inter-governmental award, saying she decided to transfer its money prize to the I.M.
