STONE CRUSHER TO REPAIR W.SUMATRA-RIAU DAMAGED ROADS
Padang, Indonesia, Oct 9 (ANTARA)- The West Sumatra Road Infrastructure Agency has provided a stone crusher, which had been used in Limapuluh Kota Regency, to help rehabilitate the damaged segments of the West Sumatra - Riau highway, the agency's chief Dody Ruswandi said here on Thursday.
"According to the Riau provincial administration, the repair work would take some time, but we will help them," he said.
He also said that the damaged roads were located only in Riau and West Sumatra provinces with rocks scattered all over those roads.
He also said that people returning from their hometowns for the Idul Fitri had to use an alternative road in Kiliran Jao in Dharmasraya regency, West Sumatra.
