Beijing archery gold medalist to marry world record holder in Nov.

SEOUL, Oct. 9 (Yonhap) -- Beijing archery gold medalist Joo Hyun-jung said Thursday she will marry a world record-holding fellow archer next month.

Joo, 26, who won the women's team archery gold at the Beijing Olympics, said she
will marry Kye Dong-hyun, the world record holder in the men's 30-meter
competition, on November 11.
The announcement comes two months after two other high-profile archery gold
medalists, Park Sung-hyun and Park Kyung-mo, surprised fans by saying they would
wed in December.
Park Sung-hyun won both the women's individual and team golds in Athens in 2004
and the team title in Beijing in August, while Park Kyung-mo took the men's team
title at the Beijing Olympics.
