UNFPA grants Sa'ada $ 5 million worth of medications
SA'ADA, Oct. 08 (Saba)- Health ministry's office in Sa'ada received
on Wednesday package of medications and medical equipments to
children and mothers in the governorate from the United Nation Fund
for Population Activities (UNFPA).
Deputy Minister of Public Health and Population for Population
Sector Jamila al-Raibi told Saba that the $ 5, 6 million worth of
medicines would be distributed on health facilities and camps of
displaced people because of Sa'ada war.
She indicated that the sector has appointed two medical teams for
conducting field visits to displaced camps and providing medications
to sick people in addition to medications for women and child
diseases and for family planning.
